PROPOSAL
Contact us and send us a list of
products you’d like to liquidate
with the following information:
1. Name of the product
2. Condition of the product.
3. Price of the product.
4. Product link in a marketplace.
5. Proposed discount.
Honesty in the proposal is key to
speed up the process!
NEGOTIATION
We will review your proposal
and either:
- Agree with your proposal.
- Come up with a counter–offer.
If we come to an agreement, we
will send you a contract and require
somedocuments for validation.
Depending on the contract terms
we agree upon, we could pay some
part of the purchase at this point.
DELIVERY
Once an agreement is reached,
we will be ready to receive the
products in our warehouse or
program a pick up to obtain the
goods in your warehouse. A validation
of the goods vs the list provided
(product and condition) will be made
within 48 hours.
After this validation we will fully pay
for your goods according to our
negotiation terms and the contract.
INSPECTION
We inspect each product and
compare it with the data that
has been given to us about it.
We check it visually and then
test about its functionality and
potential problems it may have.
CLASSIFICATION
We then proceed to classify it in
3 categories.
GRADE A
NEW PRODUCT, UNOPENED.
GRADE B
HANDLED BY THIRD PARTIES,
SLIGHT DAMAGE.
GRADE C
UNUSABLE OR PIRACY.
SALES
We sell Grade A and Grade B products
on our own website and offline
channels.
Unusable /dangerous products are
recycled according to the norms of
SEMARNAT. Piracy that does have a
use is donated to several ONGs.
